Events of 4 or more nights:
minimum 4 night booking of all eight guest rooms
Plus facility fee:
$500 for up to 20 guests
$1000 for 21-70 guests
Straight Fee:
$5500 for events up to 20 guests
$6000 for events 21-70 guests
with use of all rooms for 4 nights
