"Originally from Mexico City, Paco has lived in San Miguel for 13 years where he owns and operates the finest bakery-patisserie in town, Petit Four. But Paco does a lot more. By appointment, Paco will conduct cooking classes for small groups. It all starts with Paco’s tour of the San Miguel de Allende Marketplace where everything you need is being sold by the local farmers who grow it."

Monday´s Market Tour and Cooking Class

Every monday morning tour in the Mercado for 1 1/2 hours shopping, meeting my favorite vendors, picking fresh produce to cook.

Then we go to a 4 hours Hands-on Cooking Class in my home preparing Traditional Delicious Mexican Food.

Finally, we will have a delicious full lunch with a glass of wine enjoying the food we have prepared together and always some delicious dessert!
