Go up to the rooftop bar, La Azotea. Get a table on the patio and see the amazing western view of the city. Very thoughtful service: on a chilly evening, the waiters move the heaters closer to your table, and bring red blankets to wrap around your shoulders. Food very good and prices reasonable.

"As we were leaving (around 10pm), it seemed like the scene was getting more lively. Many young and beautiful travelers and locals were coming up and greeting each other. We regretted not staying for another drink!"
