San Miguel Rentals was created fourteen years ago by Judy Arnold Hernandez and her husband, David Hernandez, a native of San Miguel de Allende.

Judy McKay is now also a member of our organization.She is originally from the San Francisco Bay Area and was a Public Relations consultant specializing in Hospitality Services and Special Event Planning.

Judy Arnold hails from Santa Fe and is still a licensed real estate broker in New Mexico, with 20 years experience in leasing real estate.

David comes from a family which has been in the construction business for hundreds of years here in SMA.

They offer a perfect blend of North American sensitive to the beauty of Mexican dwellings, with an understanding of what is required to maintain properties in tip-top condition.

They also offer garden maintenance service by David's brother, Jose.

The office is in Judy's and David's home.
