The project for the apartments are built with top quality material. They all have wide windows, clay floors, and Talavera tile among other features. Beatriz Orvañanos personally supervises the construction and has some of the best construction workers on hand. The plans for each apartment, photographs and brief description are provided as well as the prices for rent or sale.
Our objective is to have a residential complex in which each apartment is unique, has private as well as common areas in which the neighbors can gather together. The orientation, space, walkways and gardens are designed to keep the maintenance cost at a minimum. The fountains and ponds are not only decorative but are also used to water the gardens.

Rent for a weekend or long term. We have a total of 18 units, some are condos available for rent long term and others are occupied by their owners. This creates a family and friendly ambiance which generates not only business opportunities but social, cultural and sporting activities as well.
In order to make your stay (long term) in San Miguel a pleasant one, we take care of your utility bills; this will save you time in standing in long unpleasant lines in banks electric, telephone, cable, and gas companies. For your convenience we also provide optimal maintenance of the apartments. Cleaning, laundry and breakfast are also available upon your request.
