We're ideally and perfectly situated on Sollano, a 3 minute level walk to El Jardin and La Parroquia Cathedral. Open air cafes, restaurants, and shopping tiendas are a short stroll away.
Tres Casitas compound, rose from centuries old ruins in 1994, was designed and furnished eclectically with original paintings, ceramics by artist/owner/designer Nanci Closson. Most of her collection of American, Mideastern, Latin American crafts and textiles, plus paintings and sculptural ceramics are for sale. Rental rates are available as the whole property (4 bedrooms, 5 baths) for your 8-10 person group or as individual secluded one bedroom casitas with all ammenities.

Rental Rates
Tres Casitas are 3 one bedroom casitas and one studio apt. for weekly rentals (3 night minimum stay). We aren't a B&B nor a hotel (at best "hotelito"), as the casitas are private and separate each with a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor living spaces. Each individually designed casita and the studio has a king or queen bed and can comfortably accommodate 2 persons or 8-10 persons if rented as a house.

Tres Casitas is perfectly located 1.5 LEVEL blocks to the central Jardin. Amenities for each 1 br. casita include fireplace, fully equipped kitchen,cable TV/DVD, king or queen beds, housekeeping M-F afternoons, roofgarden vistas of La Parroquia cathedral and San Miguel surroundings, WiFi, private bath/showers, house phone extensions, private patios, space heater and fans. The studio has the same ammenities minus kitchen, but does have a refrigerator and microwave.
