Casa Vista is the perfect place to enjoy the sun and magic of San Miguel. Situated at the base of Los Balcones in the Atascadero area of SMA, the views from the rooftop margarita patio are nothing short of stunning! On weekends, the lights of the cathedral spires dance in the dark! The American-made patio furniture is extremely comfortable for lounging or cocktails.

Imagine starting your day on a lovely garden terrace patio, sipping coffee while taking in the scent of the beautiful bougainvilla that surround the garden. Then, a 10-minute walk to the Jardin is a must where you find the town center of activity. Shopping, visiting the galleries and shops of antiques, strolling the Mercado and bartering for silver jewelry, stopping for a drink or fine meal at one of the many gourmet restaurants so reasonably priced – this is a day in San Miguel!

Back at the casa you will find excellent beds and mattresses, a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, 2 full baths (one on each floor) – and free WiFi for those bringing along a laptop.

The master bedroom has a king bed and balcony overlooking the terrace garden. The guest bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining room with twin bed for those guests with children. 

A maid comes twice a week to help keep the casa spotless, and a gardener comes frequently to water and tend the beautiful flora and foliage.

The property is located on a quiet street surrounded by a high brick wall for privacy. 

Please note: The Atascadero area has great views and the streets are cobblestone. If you have trouble walking or use a cane, we do not recommend this property.
